Experimenting with chipboard in creating a collection of durable and lightweight coffee tables and trays.
With a design inspired by the Islamic brass tray table and folding wooden base.
Khashab folding table has chipboard – manufactured from reclaimed wooden chips and sawmill – for the tray/table top, and reclaimed wood from construction waste for the table base.

How it folds
The table top can be easily pulled up allowing the base to fold.
